COVID-19 Information

To All of our customers,

In light of the recent developments concerning the spread of the COVID-19 and the new Government health regulations we have made the decision to temporary close effective from today, TUESDAY 24th March 2020.
All customers who have goods scheduled to be delivered will be contacted by a member of staff on the phone in the next day or so.

For those of you that have goods that were ordered in store currently on order with us - these orders remain on our system and will continue as soon as we are told it is safe and sensible to reopen. Anything ordered online we will try for as long as possible to arrange for these to be delivered to you depending on our suppliers remaining open and our couriers still being in operation..

We are of course still available online on our website.
If you need to contact the store directly in the meantime the email address below will be monitored throughout the store closure.

Covid 19 update 20th April 2020

We hope you are all well and staying safe.

We have been advised to keep our shop closed for another 3 weeks. Thank you to all our customers for their patience. You can still order on-line and we will arrange for the courier to deliver to you within the normal time scale. 

When all this is over and we re-open we would love to give all our customers 10% off everything in the first 2 weeks with extra discounts for our amazing NHS staff and key workers.

UPDATE MONDAY 18TH MAY

Thank you for your patience.  We are now working hard to make the store safe so that we can plan to re-open.  We are planning for the first week in June and will confirm the date/day nearer the time.  

All the necessary precautions will be put in place to ensure all our staff and customers remain safe.

If you need to contact us in the meantime please email sales@oaklandsfurniture.co.uk and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.  Please don't worry if we don't reply straight away we are constantly working through emails to get back to you as quickly as possible. 

Any orders placed on the website are, at this current time, taking longer than normal.  Please bear with us as we are doing our best but the couriers are extremely busy and this is creating a longer lead time for your delivery.
