COVID-19 - During this current time deliveries are taking slightly longer. This is due to a number of reasons - the difficulty we are all facing getting hold of supplies to make furniture at the moment, issues at the ports with delays in containers not being able to dock and then transport goods to us, the high demand in online shopping making it difficult for couriers to deal with the increase and demand that they face keeping us safe whilst carrying on working.
We are doing everything we can to maintain our current delivery lead times but items will sometimes take longer than previously. Should you wish to chase an order please email email@example.com and we will do our best to up date you as soon as possible.
Delivery For Online orders Only.
We offer FREE Delivery mainland UK only with the exception of orders where there is a surcharge and the courier charges us such charges. See below for more details prior to placing your order. We cannot offer FREE delivery to areas where we have to pay delivery charges plus surcharges to our couriers. Our deliveries are doorstep only unless otherwise agreed. If an item is delivered and it is damaged this must reported to the delivery driver at the time of the delivery. Any boxes with damage cannot be claimed against if they are not reported.
We aim to have your order delivered within 14-25 days However, the majority of our orders are delivered within 10-14 working days.
Please note delivery on beds may take slightly longer to deliver as they are made to order & can take up to 28 working days to deliver.
Every effort is made to deliver as soon as possible however, we rely on couriers to schedule our deliveries fast & efficiently once they have collected your furniture from us. You will be contacted by the courier to arrange a suitable time to deliver.

Our couriers always contact you prior delivery to ensure a convenient day to take delivery on the contact details you provide us when creating an account with us.(After you have Booked with the couriers) Failed deliveries resulting in the need for items to be returned to our warehouse will incur a charge for re-delivery. To clarify, this is where the courier has booked the delivery directly with the customer, but the customer is not at home when they arrive.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders can only be cancelled with us prior to shipping with no fees being incurred. Once your order has been processed and is with the courier, we can no longer process cancellations without you incurring charges for the delivery. The cost of this will depend on the size and weight of your order.
Beds are made to order so these can not be cancelled once we have placed the order with the supplier.
All our stock is dispatched from our warehouse in Worcestershire so you are welcome to arrange a collection if you live locally in the area. You must contact us first on 01527 872202 Mon - Fri 10.00 am - 3.00 pm
