Returns Policy - Changed your mind? If you are at all unhappy with your purchase for any reason please let us know within 7 days of delivery via Email. If after viewing your order the reason for return is that you have simply changed your mind or you have ordered the incorrect size or the colour is not what you expected, there will be a delivery and a collection charge which will vary depending on the size of your order. Please keep the original packaging as this will be required to return the order as each item must be repackaged to return to us. You must arrange to get your order returned, but we do require this to be completed within 14 days of the original delivery date, we may ask you for photographs to show that the items for return are suitably packaged before they are collected from you. If the items are not packaged correctly and are returned to us not packaged correctly we will not be able to refund you. Please note that furniture that is made to order (these items are clearly identified on the web site) or altered to your specifications is excluded from the 7 day return policy. Please note we do not except returns of beds unless there is damage caused in transit which must be brought to the attention of the courier at the time of delivery and you must get the courier to sign to say there is damage.
Returns Policy - Damaged or faulty? If your reason for return is because the items(s) are damaged or faulty please notify the problem to us via Email within 24 hours of delivery along with digital photographs showing the issue. We will then offer to either replace the affected item(s) or offer you a full refund once we have looked at the photographs. This will then be credited back to the payment card once we have received the item(s) back to us. Again please keep the original packaging as this will be required to return the order as each item must be repackaged to arrange the return to us. Failure to package correctly will result in us not being able to refund you. You will arrange to return your item to us, but we do require this to be completed within 14 days of the original delivery date, we may ask you for photographs to show that the items for return are suitably packaged. If you have paid a delivery cost or any additional delivery cost this will not be refunded to you, only the cost of the item will be refunded. We will have to charge you for the cost of the original delivery so again only the cost of the item will be refunded. We would also add a return fee if the item carries any additional surcharge delivery fee in the first place. This is due to the cost of the carriage. This will be deducted from the refund once the item as been returned to us.
