Please note these terms and conditions are for website orders only. Anything that is purchased in store will have its own terms and conditions.
General terms Our terms comply with the current legislation for distance selling which is available here: http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.
Where do we deliver We serve the UK Mainland only and also deliver outside mainland uk however surcharges apply to remote locations please see our delivery information for more information.
Cancellation of Orders Orders can only be cancelled with us prior to shipping with no fees being incurred. Once your order has been processed and is with the courier, we can no longer process cancellations without you incurring charges for the delivery. The cost of this will depend on the size and weight of your order.
Payments We accept all major Credit- and Debit Cards online (Cash on delivery only available within 20 mile radius from our central warehouse Worcestershire ) Bank transfer or Paypal.
Delivery times are subject to the stock situation at any given time. Quoted delivery times are always from Date of cleared payment, Date of us having received your full address, and phone no.
Returns Policy - Changed your mind?
If you are at all unhappy with your purchase for any reason please let us know within 7 days of delivery via email and we will be happy to arrange to get the item(s) collected from you. If after viewing your order the reason for return is that you have simply changed your mind or you have ordered the wrong item there will be a delivery & collection charge which will vary depending on the size of your order. Please keep the original packaging as this will be required to return the order as each item must be repackaged to arrange the return to us. We will arrange to get your order collected from you but do require this to be completed within 14 days of the original delivery date, We may ask you for photographs to show that the items for return are suitably packaged before they are collected from you. Please note that furniture that is made to order (these items are clearly identified on the web site) or altered to your specifications is excluded from the 7 day return policy.
Returns Policy - Damaged or faulty?
If your reason for return is because the items(s) are damaged or faulty please notify the problem to us within 24 hours of delivery via email along with digital photographs showing the issue, we will then offer to either replace the affected item(s) or offer you a full refund which will be credited back to the payment card once we have received the item(s) from you. Again please keep the original packaging as this will be required to return the order as each item must be repackaged to arrange the return to us. We will arrange to get your order collected from you but do require this to be completed within 14 days of the original delivery date, we may ask you for photographs to show that the items for return are suitably packaged.
Our aim is to provide complete customer satisfaction. We aim to deliver all items in a timely and efficient manner and our customer service team and specialist delivery companies are always on hand to help with customer queries and questions. We would like all of our customers to find the experience of buying our products online a totally satisfying one. However, it is the customers responsibility to ensure items are the right size and colour before they are purchased. We cannot be responsible for colour variation in our products especially the rustic furniture.
Prices The price applicable is the price valid at the time of ordering. We do, however, reserve the right to reject an order, if the price displayed is incorrect due to a technical - or typing error.
Product Dimensions Our furniture is handcrafted from natural wood timbers and accordingly there may be slight differences in size between products of the same description. All product dimensions specified by us are approximate for the individual products.
Product Variation While every effort is made to match all colours, finishes and descriptions these can vary, Wood is a natural product and there may be variations in colour, grain pattern and shade. As is common practise when crafting wooden furniture, certain degrees of filler may also be used to ensure a uniform finish on some items. This is not a fault in your furniture. Some items may require assembly.
